Profile:
Dennise has been a golf
professional since 1986, spending the majority of her time coaching all
levels of golfers.
Dennise has a BA from the University of New England majoring in Psychology and Education, a Diploma in Education from Sydney Teachers College and was a school teacher for 5 years.
Dennise is one of the most highly qualified and experienced golf professionals, both from a teaching and playing basis.
Other Acheivements:
During the years Dennise
spent on tour, she continued to divide her time between playing and teaching
golf. It was not until the birth of her son in 1992 that Dennise
retired from tournament golf.
For 5 years Dennise was President of the Australian Ladies PGA. During
this time the VETAB accreditation teaching course was introduced.
From 1987 until 1999 Dennise was either the Playing Editor or Teaching Editor of Golf Australia Magazine, with over 70 instructional articles published.
For the last two years, Dennise has been listed in the top 50 coaches in Australia, with only two women being listed. She is also the Patron of the Women's Golf Club, NSW , which was formed this year.
Club Fitting:
Club fitting is an important part of teaching golf as correctly fitted golf clubs allow people to do their best balancing swing. Dennise was the first woman to be qualified as a Henry Griffitts golf club fitter in Australia.
Teaching Philosophy:
Dennise teaches the best golf swing to meet each individuals physical capabilities and golfing goals. There are programs for the starting golfer through to the professional tailored to meet individuals needs.
Clinics:
Since 1992 Dennise has been conducting 3 and 4 golf schools/escapes at Horizons Golf Resort, Port Stephen's specialising in the short game, shot making, mental techniques and on course strategy.

You don't have to be a great player to be a great coach but a combination of both is certainly a huge asset to those you coach and teach.
The psychology of golf has always been a great interest to Dennise, having attended and studied numerous sports minded SMI Management and motivational courses specialising in NLP for accelerated learning.
Playing History:
Dennise has had a very illustrious playing career both as an amateur and as a professional. Dennise has represented Australia 12 times and N.S.W. continuously over an 8 year period.
As a professional she played along side the likes of Corrine Dibnah, Jane Crafter, The Lunn sisters, Laura Davis, Annika Sorenstam and Lisalotte Newmann.
Dennise had notable success winning the 1986 and 1987 Australian LPGA Championships and in 1989 Dennise won two tournaments on the European Tour, The European Matchplay Championship and the French Biarristz Open.
That year, Dennise was ranked No 5 on the European Order of Merit and No 1 Australian Women worldwide based on tour earnings.
